WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

After your laundry is picked up, it will be weighed and processed. You’ll then receive a secure payment link via text message or email to complete the transaction. Our minimum charge per pick up is $35.00.

HOW DO I LEAVE MY LAUNDRY FOR PICK-UP?

You can leave your laundry in a garbage bag or basket on your first pickup and we will transfer into our laundry bags for you. We will leave you with a laundry bag to use on your next pickup service. If your pickup or delivery is contactless as you won’t be home please leave it in a safe under cover area for pickup, and let us know where you would like it returned.

WHEN WILL MY LAUNDRY BE COLLECTED?

When you book, you select the time you wish for pickup, we will endeavor to pick up at the selected time however please note that this timeframes are an estimate only and the actual pickup time may vary by an hour. You are welcome to leave your laundry at the door if you feel it is safe to do so.

WHAT KINDS OF LAUNDRY SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We handle a wide range of laundry items including clothing, bedding and towels. However we do not clean shoes, bags or similar items. For safety reasons we are not able to accept soiled items, hazardous materials or anything unsuitable for machine washing and drying.

WHEN WILL MY LAUNDRY BE DELIVERED?

We will do our utmost to deliver the same day, if not the next day. Exact timing depends on your location, but it is our priority to get your laundry back to you as soon as possible.

HOW ARE ITEMS DRIED?

All items are dried using a tumble dryer. For more details please refer to our terms and conditions.

WHAT DO YOU IRON?

We do offer ironing services on request. Email us at gem@fluffandfold if you have any queries.

WHAT DETERGENT DO YOU USE?

We always use Persil washing powder and we can use Persil sensitive if required, just select that when booking.
